Asteria Estates (previously Tiara Estates) is a proposed development with 31 single family homesites, in a gated community. Each lot will have views of Fraesfield Mountain, Granite Mountain, Troon Mountain, Pinnacle Peak, and the McDowell Mountains.

Asteria Estates is located along 128th St just North of the Tom’s Thumb trailhead and the North end of the McDowell Mountains; between Sereno Canyon and Storyrock developments. Owners will have a short walk to the Tom’s Thumb Trailhead in Scottsdale’s McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Dogs are able to use this trail but must be kept on leash. Tom’s Thumb trail is rated as difficult. The Marcus Landslide trail and Rock Knob trails are easy, and originate at the Tom’s Thumb Trailhead.
