AS SUMMER WINDS DOWN in North Scottsdale, we’re reflecting on what has been a full and joyful season for our family and team. Lisa and Matt enjoyed rounds of golf up north at Forest Highlands with friends, soaking up the mountain air whenever their schedules allowed. Will and I were lucky to sneak away to Coronado for our birthdays, with Kaia (2) and Connor (1) in tow—it was a sweet week of family time by the ocean. Looking ahead, we’re excited to dive into fall traditions with the kids, from PumpkinFest at the Princess to the newly renovated Train Park during Halloween’s Spook-Track-Ula 2025. Lisa and I also have tickets to take Kaia to see Frozen at Phoenix Theatre this October—a magical first for her. Meanwhile, I’ve been knee-deep in an extensive remodel at Troon Highlands, and we can’t wait to finally call it home later this fall!
On the professional side, our team attended Inman Luxury Connect in San Diego this summer—one of the leading real estate technology conferences—to stay ahead of the curve and network with like-minded agents. Lisa and I were also featured on the ICONIC Estates Podcast, presented by Russ Lyon | Sotheby’s International Realty, where we shared our perspective on what makes Scottsdale such a dynamic and desirable market, and how our family team continues to specialize in this community we love.
Of course, none of this would be possible without our dedicated full-time realtors, Kim and Kelly, who work right alongside us to serve our clients at the highest level. Together, we’re energized for the season ahead—helping clients buy, sell, and settle into the homes where they’ll create their own lasting family memories.
