With a background in sales, franchise marketing, and managing her father’s cosmetic surgery practice, Lisa brings a strong business foundation and sharp negotiation skills to every transaction.

Matt, a mechanical engineer by trade, brings both analytical precision and genuine warmth to the team. He joined Lisa full-time in 2005 and has been instrumental in building the foundation of our business. His attention to detail ensures consistent quality across every transaction, while his approachable personality makes the entire process smooth and enjoyable for clients. Laura earned her real estate license at 18 and has always felt called to join her parents in the family business. With a degree in Marketing and International Business from Arizona State University, she brings deep expertise in brand development and market positioning to the team.
