The Columbia Townhomes are duplex and triplex styles townhomes located in the Southwestern corner of the Country Club Village of DC Ranch. The builder, Columbia Communities, built four floor plans in this park-like community: 3 single story plans and 1 two-story plan, ranging in size from 1,850 to 3,200 square feet. The 81 townhomes in Columbia Townhomes have courtyard entries and relaxing back patios. Many overlook green spaces within the community.
The Columbia townhome community has its own community pool and workout facility as well as quaint private parks. Some of these properties offer golf course views as well as mountain and city light views. There are lot of trails within the community, and a pedestrian tunnel to walk to Market Street without crossing a busy street.
