Our website serves to promote the real estate market in North Scottsdale, both our clients’ properties for sale, and properties available through the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing System (ARMLS). Our website also promotes services we provide real estate Buyers.
The principle licensed Realtors who own this website are Lisa Lucky (Associate Broker), Matt Lucky (Realtor), and Laura Lucky (Associate Broker). Other licensed Realtors support the principles. Collectively we are independent agents employed by Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, which is the Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliate (franchise owner) for the state of Arizona. Registration
Registration is NOT required to use this website. Certain functionality is not enabled until you register, like saving searches; sharing property listings; and saving favorite properties. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
This information is used to contact you about your home search, and any products or services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide other information about yourself (such as alternate contact information), but it is not required.
