Boulder Ridge

Boulder Ridge (aka Bella Tierra) is a gated community of 80 custom homes located in North Scottsdale in the Boulders Character Area, near Scottsdale Road and Westland. All of the homes are on at least a half acre with many close to an acre. There are 2 gated entrances. The majority of homes were built in the early 2000s and there is still privately owned undeveloped lots. Existing homes were built by various builders. Much of the community is dedicated to natural open space allowing residents to enjoy the high Sonoran Desert landscape and some privacy. Existing homes range in size from 2,512 to 5,837 square feet.
