The customs homes within the guard gated Country Club Village at DC Ranch offer a variety of architecture that resemble the natural beauty of the desert mixing Spanish, Western and Desert styles. Each homesite enjoys the beauty of the Sonoran desert, and many have views of the McDowell Mountain, city light, and/or golf course views. Country Club Village is home to the private Country Club at DC Ranch country club. Membership is optional.
The 241 custom homesites in The Country Club Village range in size from half to over 2 acres. Existing homes range in size from 3,500 to over 12,000 square feet.
There are lot of trails within the community, and a pedestrian tunnel to walk to Market Street without crossing a busy street. Market Street offers dining and hoping, a grocery store and other businesses.
