Desert Highlands

Desert Highlands is an 850 acre residential golf community in North Scottsdale. This guard gated community is located on the south slope of Pinnacle Peak, one of the area’s prominent natural landmarks. Golf membership must be purchased with the home, but the club membership fee is usually not included in the purchase price. Members enjoy more than just fine golf in a beautiful lush Sonoran Desert setting. There’s jogging and walking trails, and tennis facilities throughout the community. Enjoy the 18 hole putting course, 7,000 square foot fitness center, and award winning clubhouse.

Linthicum completed a renovation of the Clubhouse’s formal and informal dining rooms, and clubhouse bar in Oct 2013. Desert Highlands is currently updating their golf course irrigation. All homes have the same address: 10040 E Happy Valley Road
