Desert Ranch is a non-gated custom home subdivisions within the Legend Trail community. There are two (2) areas that make up Desert Ranch at Legend Trail: first homes on the left as you first enter Legend Trail on Legend Trail Parkway; and second are is on the right after the community center. Homes in this second area can have views of the Legend Trail golf course. Desert Ranch homesites range from 1.3 to 2.8 acres, and homes range up to 7,477 square feet.
