Access to Lots 1 & 2, which is just East of a large boulder pile, will be from Jomax at the 112th Street alignment. Lots 1 & 2 are approximately 4.4 acres each. The applicant proposes that Lot 3, which is 35 acres to the West of the boulder pile, will remain undisturbed. The parcel with the existing home adjacent to the boulder pile remains unchanged. The City of Scottsdale (COS) is considering approval. Improvements/infrastructure have not begun.
