In this gated development Talyor Morrison is offered the Summit Collection of floor plans (2,778 to 3,396 sf), and the Venture II Collection of floor plans (2,227 to 2,600 sf) to Ironhorse. There is 79 homesites in the subdivision: 56 small lots, 22 3/4 acre lots, and 2 4.5 acre lots.
Note the Ironhorse community is where Greasewood Flat and Reata Pass Steakhouse used to be. Greasewood Flat and Reata Pass Steakhouse was sold by Doc Cavalliere’s family in 2013 to Taylor Morrison Homes. Ironhorse is across the street from the Four Seasons, closing to hiking trails, and a short drive to dining and shopping.
