La Vida

La Vida is a townhouse community in North Scottsdale Adjacent to Pinnacle Peak Country Club. Some of the units back up to the golf course. This unique community, started in the early 1980s, and contains its own small park that is private and only for residents’ use. There is also a community pool and tennis court. Shopping is close by with upscale retail, supermarkets, and fine restaurants. Unit sizes are approximately 1,650 to over 3,000 square feet. The streets are private with no through traffic, although it is not gated. Its just a short walk to Pinnacle Peak Country Club.
