Lone Mountain Vistas is a small-gated subdivision of custom homes located in North Scottsdale between Scottsdale Road on the West and Lone Mountain on the East. Lone Mountain Vista is a quieter subdivision, less road noise, because it does not side to any major streets. Some of the lots near the base of Lone Mountain have boulder outcroppings and excellent views of the city and nighttime lights. Home square footage ranging 2,400 to 4,500. Note that any new construction must have livable square footage of 3,000 or more.
