Montecito at Mirabel is a semi-custom home community of 60 custom home lots on 70 acres. Amberwood Homes was the initial builder, and other builders later built homes in Montecito at Mirabel. Montecito at Mirabel is located South, across Cave Creek Road, from Desert Mountain, and adjacent to Mirabel Club. Homesites range in size from 0.7 to 1.3 acres. Existing homes range from 3,125 to 6,554 square feet, and were built from 2005 to present.
