Monterey Homes at DC Ranch

Monterey Homes has built luxury golf course homes within the gated Country Club Village community of DC Ranch. Near the Country club at DC Ranch, these 4 or 5 bedroom homes range in size from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet. These Monterey Homes were competed from 1998 to 2001.
The Country club at DC Ranch is one of North Scottsdale’s premier golf and country club and offers amenities such as tennis, fitness, swimming, exceptional dining venues, a variety of social events, and recently renovated clubhouse. There are lot of trails within the community, and a pedestrian tunnel to walk to Market Street without crossing a busy street. Market Street offers dining and hoping, a grocery store and other businesses. Children that live in DC Ranch attend Scottsdale’s only K-8 school, Copper Ridge Elementary School and Chaparral High School.
