Scottsdale Heights Villas in Scottsdale is a gated 55+ community built by K Hovnanian in two phases. Scottsdale Heights Villas Phase 1 is approved and under construction. K Hovnanian is offering luxury villa homes, with four single-story floor plans available. The homes are attached single-level units with a shared wall with their next-door neighbor. These large villas range from 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathroom, and 2,090 to 2,294 square feet. Each home has a 2-car garage. Note this property is the former site of the Carefree Studios that were that was built in the 1960s. Many of the Dick Van Dyke Show was filmed there in the 1970s, along with other movies.
