The guard gated Sereno Canyon homesites have stunning mountain and Sonoran desert views. Residents can easily walk to the Tom’s Thumb trail head. The Sereno Canyon community includes estate size homes, detached villas, and attached villas.

Mountain House Lodge serves Sereno Canyon residents with many amenities including 2 swimming pools, fitness pavilion, spa, demonstration kitchen, limited wine lockers, and several outdoor terraces and patios. The Mountain House Lodge is open to the public for dining (only) with Sereno Canyon residents having priority reservations and some discounts. The Mountain House Lodge is adjacent to the McDowell Mountain Preserve. The views are stunning in every direction. Also adjacent to the Mountain House Lodge there are several Lodge Cottages, open to the public for lease by daily fee. Troon Management will manage hospitality/Lodge Cottages aspect of the Mountain House Lodge.

All Sereno Canyon residents will have an easy walk to the Tom Thumb trailhead (third largest trailhead in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve).
