Sincuidados

Sincuidados is a guard gated luxury home community with tennis courts and clubhouse, private streets, with 24 hour roaming security. Many cul-de-sacs throughout. Square footage ranges from 2,900 to 7,000, with almost all homes in the community of Santa Fe or territorial style architecture. Some homes were part of the original working ranch.

Spectacular views of Lone Mountain and the indescribable high Sonoran Desert beauty surrounds the community on every side. Philanthropher H.B. Wallace donated 40 acres of mountain land to the Mountain Preserve. Access to the trails is inside the gated community. Views of Pinnacle Peak, Troon Mountain and Lone Mountain. Lots average more than one acre. Over 70% of this unique community is dedicated to natural area open space (NAOS).

“Sincuidados” is Spanish for “without cares”.
