Standard Pacific at DC Ranch (aka Pioneer) is a North Scottsdale subdivision in the Desert Camp Village of DC Ranch. The builder, Standard Pacific (now called CalAtlantic), built 49 homes in a non-gated section that is near Market Street. And an additional 96 homes were built just north of the gated Montelena subdivision, off of Desert Camp Drive. This neighborhood offers five floor plans ranging in size from approximately 1,650 to 2,500 square feet. Market Street is the hub of the DC Ranch community, where there are such businesses as a grocery store, cleaners, and many dining choices.
