The Estates at Desert Park

The Estates at DC Ranch was built by Engle Homes and is a gated community located in the Desert Parks Village area. The Estates has 111 one and two story single-family homes ranging in size from 2,749 to 4,222 square feet centered around a large grassy park and playground. The entrance to The Estates is located on East Palo Brea just west of 94th St. The architectural styles of these homes include bungalow and ranch styles. Most properties include large front porches, cozy, yet spacious open floor plans and private pools. The community offers views of the McDowell Mountains.

At the Homestead Community Center, just a bike ride away from the Estates, there are basketball courts, a children’s playground, a splash fountain and space for large parties or weddings. They are also host to the Homestead Community Theater, where residents perform in plays.
