The Parks at Silverleaf

The Parks at Silverleaf received its name because of the series of 11 elegant parks situated throughout this exclusive neighborhood. Spanish eclectic architectural styles intertwine with tree-lined streets with “front of home living.” The Parks at Silverleaf is accessed through the Windgate Pass guard gate, off of Thompson Peak Parkway. Silverleaf’s private golf course, designed by Tom Weiskopf winds part of it’s way through this neighborhood. The following describes the production and custom homes that are part of The Parks.
The Park Villas built by CSE & Associates feature four floor plans ranging in size from 2,600 to 4,500 square feet. The Spanish and Mediterranean styled homes have private central courtyards, rear garage entry, gourmet kitchens, neutral design finishes, private pools and spas as well as mountain views.
The Verandahs were built by Camelot Homes and feature five distinct floor plans, with elevated front yards and broad porches, ranging in size from 2,800 to 5,000 square feet. These Spanish inspired properties have a variety of exterior details including brick front facades, large private courtyard entries with private pools. Inside you’ll find French doors, spacious open floor plans, crown molding, beamed vaulted ceilings, top of the line gourmet kitchens, expansive master suites and media rooms.
Homestead Custom Homes have 2 distinctive floor plans ranging from 3,200 to 5,000 square feet with a host of features such as carriage houses, exercise rooms and pool cabanas.
There is a number of custom homes interspersed throughout The Parks, ranging from 4,000 to 13,000 square feet on a variety of different sized lots, and built by a number of different builders. Many of these luxurious homes are situated on the golf course, have beautiful mountain views, or city lights views.
