The Peak is a gate community of luxury custom homes, South of Happy Valley Road, across from Desert Highlands.

Each homesite offer panoramic views of the Valley – city lights and mountain views. Lots are 3 plus acres and have city services. The first custom homes were built in 1986 and continue to present day, and they range in size up to 11,654 square feet.  Custom homesites are available.
