The Craftsman was inspired by a simple, hardworking farmer who loved his family, the land, and working with his hands. His headstone reads, ‘A Craftsman’. Today, his traditions and the spirit of American craftsmanship live on. Headed up by Chef Chris Nicosia, Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame Inductee and former Executive Chef of Sassi in Scottsdale.
